    1. Core technological advantages: Driven by both efficient production and quality assurance


    (1) The combination of full oil longitudinal filter residue and variable frequency speed regulation has achieved a dual

     breakthrough in increasing production and efficiency

    The DCL series large-scale frying production line is equipped with a full oil longitudinal residue filter system, which can filter 

    impurities in the oil in real time and efficiently, maintaining the cleanliness of the frying oil. In combination with variable 

    frequency speed regulation technology, it can flexibly adjust the operating parameters according to production demands, 

    effectively increase the output of oil frying, significantly shorten the production cycle per unit time, and help enterprises 

    improve overall production efficiency.


    (2) Indirect heating design extends oil efficiency and optimizes product quality

    The heating system of this machine adopts an innovative design of "no direct contact between the heating method and the 

    in-use oil", which fundamentally reduces the oxidation and carbonization of the frying oil, slows down the increase rate of 

    acid value and peroxide value, significantly extends the service life of the frying oil, and lowers the oil cost for enterprises. 

    Meanwhile, this design can precisely control the frying temperature, avoiding product quality differences caused by local 

    overheating. As a result, the fried products are superior to those produced by traditional frying equipment in terms of 

    appearance color and crispness, ensuring the stability of batch quality.


    2. Equipment structure: Made of all stainless steel + multi-functional system, stable and durable

    The main body of the production line is made of all stainless steel, which features corrosion resistance and high-temperature 

    resistance. It meets the hygiene standards of the food industry and is easy to clean and maintain, thus extending the overall 

    service life of the equipment. The core structure of the equipment is composed of multiple systems working in coordination:

     filter function to reduce impurity accumulation), precise heating system (indirect heating, stable temperature control), oil 

    circulation system (maintaining uniform oil temperature To enhance the consistency of frying, a rapid oil drainage system

     (facilitating oil change and equipment cleaning), and the interconnection of all systems ensure smooth production.
